Responsibilities:
Execute all residential plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair tasks. Efficiently troubleshoot and diagnose issues with water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems. Install and connect piping systems and fixtures in strict compliance with all relevant codes. Clearly communicate plumbing problems and provide effective solutions to customers. Maintain clean, organized workspaces and company service vehicles. Ensure all work consistently meets code and our high company quality standards. Accurately complete job tickets, material usage logs, and time records. Deliver professional, courteous service on every customer interaction. Provide mentorship to apprentices when assigned. Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications:
3+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred. Proven ability to complete jobs independently and professionally. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in all residential settings, including crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas. Solid knowledge of local plumbing codes and best practices. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Plumbing license is a significant plus, but your proven skills are our priority.
