This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the plumbing industry while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. The Apprentice Plumber will assist in various plumbing tasks, learn essential skills, and contribute to the successful completion of plumbing projects. Duties Assist licensed plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures. Learn to read and interpret blueprints to understand plumbing layouts and specifications. Participate in construction plumbing activities, including pipe threading and welding. Help with the installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to established codes and standards. Gain experience in field service tasks, including troubleshooting plumbing issues on-site. Develop mechanical knowledge by assisting with equipment maintenance and repairs. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Valid drivers license required. Dependable Transportation Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Willingness to learn pipe threading techniques and soldering practices. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety on job sites.
