Works with Department of Public Health and utility providers to provide required tests and certifications. General working knowledge of electrical components of various affected systems. Additional Job Requirements Repair and replacement of plumbing systems and testing and repair backflow devices. Repair and replacement of irrigation systems. Repair of natural and propane gas lines. Repair and replacement of ceilings and walls and other general construction concerns. Schedule contractors as necessary. Preferred experience 6 months plumbing and/or construction experience. General maintenance background.

Minimum Education:

High school diploma/GED required. 6 Months plumbing and/or construction experience.
