Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. As a Lead Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise in construction plumbing, blueprint reading, and basic math will be essential in ensuring the proper functioning of plumbing systems. Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of pipes and fixtures
• Perform pipe threading and cutting as needed
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Respond to service calls and perform field service repairs
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functionality
• Maintain accurate records of work performed

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations in
