• Job Scope:

• + Mix of Commercial, Residential, and Industrial Plumbing Work + Install, Repair, and Maintain Pipes, Valves, Fittings, and Fixtures + Diagnose and Resolve Plumbing Calls + Perform Routine Inspections of Plumbing and Drainage Systems + Keep Accurate Records of Materials and Time Spent on Projects + Other Duties as Assigned

• Requirements:

• + Ability to Collaborate with Others in the Construction Trade + Able to Follow Building Plans and Blueprints + Adhere to Safety Regulations and Standards + Ability to Work in Elements and Perform Manual Labor + Tools of the Trade
