Full Job Description Plumbing Sales Represenative Summary:
Serve as a plumbing expert for customer Plumbing needs. Advises the customer on assorted options for resolving their Plumbing Systems for both Residential and Commercial Plumbing customers. Responsible for all aspects of the drains systems, pipes, water-heaters, etc. Responsible for the identification, development, and follow-up of sales leads within the Middle Tennessee market to include Davidson, Rutherford, and surrounding counties. General Duties and Responsibilities – (included, but not limited to): Develop, present, and execute sales proposals to Residential and Commercial Customers to achieve sales goals. Cultivate strong relationships with technicians and customers and interpret their needs to recommend plumbing solutions. Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Collaborate closely with the team to achieve company objectives and exceed customer expectations. Stay informed of industry trends and competitor products to effectively position RBI.
Education/Experience/Skills:
Proven record in sales, preferably within the plumbing industry. Superior customer service and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of a wide range of plumbing products and their applications. Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into sales strategies. Initiative-taking with excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Minimum of 3 years of Plumbing or Sales experience is preferred. Experience as a Plumbing Technician is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple mobile devices required. TN Driver’s License and insurability requirements apply. Physical Working Conditions Continuously works outside, closely with others, around moving equipment, exposed to noise/vibrations, and exposed to excessive cold/heat, excessive humidity/dampness and operates moving equipment or vehicles. Often works alone, exposed to dust/dirt/pollen, water, chemicals/ solvents/detergents/cleaners. Walks on uneven surfaces or climbs ladders. Hazards may include back injury.
