The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be capable of performing a variety of tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair. The Plumber will work in various settings, including residential and commercial environments, and must be comfortable operating in construction sites. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and HVAC technicians on construction projects. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during all plumbing work. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Qualifications Proven experience as a Plumber. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, and building codes. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for installation tasks. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Proficient in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team on various projects.
