Residential and Light Commercial Service Plumber We are lookingfor a dedicated and experienced Service Plumber with a minimum of 3years of hands-on experience in residential and light commercialservice work. This role focuses on 80% residential and 20% lightcommercial service, with a strong emphasis on restaurants and smallbusinesses —no new construction. KeyResponsibilities:
Perform a variety of plumbing services, includingtankless water heater installations , leak detection , and repairsWork with both residential and commercial clients, with a focus onservice for restaurants and small businesses Conduct routinemaintenance and repair of plumbing systems, such as pipes,fixtures, and water heaters Utilize tools like sewer cameras andsewer jets to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently Provideexceptional customer service by clearly explaining issues andrecommended solutions to clients
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 yearsof plumbing experience in service work —no new construction Provenability to perform tankless water heater installs and leak repairsExperience working with sewer cameras and sewer jets fordiagnostics and repairs Strong knowledge of plumbing systems andrepair techniques Excellent communication skills and customerservice focus
