Responsibilities:
Perform installations of water heaters (both tank and tankless), sewer lines, and plumbing remodels in residential and light commercial properties. Diagnose plumbing installation requirements and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize Service Titan, our comprehensive service management software, to efficiently manage service calls, schedules, and customer information. Communicate effectively with the office team and fellow technicians using Slack for seamless coordination and collaboration. Uphold Smith’s Plumbing standards of quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service excellence during installations. Provide accurate estimates and recommendations to customers based on assessment of plumbing installation needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in residential and light commercial plumbing installations, including water heaters (tank and tankless), sewer lines, and plumbing remodels, is
REQUIRED.
Proficiency in using Service Titan for call management and service tracking. Familiarity with Slack or similar communication platforms for team collaboration. Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and execute plumbing installation tasks effectively. Valid driver’s license is
REQUIRED.
