Plumbing includes the following:
Add pressure relief valve drain line on hot water heater. Replace toilet, replace shower handles, shower head, replace kitchen faucet, check waste lines, check water supply lines, check water shutoff for serviceability, fix mechanical stopper for tub, silicone caulk shower, convert two bathroom S traps to P-traps. All of these tasks take you a day maximum. I supply all materials. You must have tools and transportation. Good luck.
