Water Heater Tech Support – Hybrid Position Available In Washington, Tennessee

• This position will be based in the Johnson City, TN area during Training, after that will be work from Home. Hires must reside within a 50-mile radius of Johnson City, TN.
• Your Responsibilities
• Assisting consumers with technical concerns about their water heaters.
• + •Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries•+ •Provide excellent customer service through active listening•+ •Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively•+ •Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive•+ •Appropriately communicate with customers•+ •Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues•+ •Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate•+ •Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes•+ •Provide feedback on call issues•We’re looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
• + •Ability to attend Training on-site in Johnson City, TN•+ •Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment•+ •6 months Customer service experience preferred•+ •Over 18 years of age•+ •Ability to type 25 wpm•+ •High School Graduate or GED•+ •Comfort with desktop computer system•+ •Proven oral & written communication skills•+ •Logical problem-solving skills•+ •Ability to navigate Windows operating systems•+ •Organization and work prioritization skills•Work from
