MPS recently celebrated 27 years in business, and currently have 5 service trucks in a recession resistant industry. Duties:
Serve existing and new accounts by analyzing work orders, troubleshooting & conducting tests on the pump equipment to resolve problems. Includes, some shop work for repair and rebuilding pumps.
- Establishes service by understanding the system requirements; ordering and gathering parts; assisting in completing the installation; performing acceptance tests. Some minor travel is required.
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; factory training and industry related seminars.
Skills/Qualifications:
Position requires strong Mechanical Aptitude, familiar with HVAC & Plumbing systems, Pumps, Motors and controls panels. Position requires electronics troubleshooting, mechanical diagnosis & demonstrating equipment maintenance and operator training. Individual should have good judgment, reporting skills, ability to build client relationships, results driven by a positive attitude, neat appearance & be trustworthy. Ability to multi task and in good shape to enter pump pit installations. The goal is to reduce call backs with quality and pride in workmanship.
- Will require current driver’s license.
- Preference will be given to applicants with a current Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC License, but it is not mandatory for this position.

$30,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
