Job Summary:
Must have minimum three years experience. As an experience Pump Tech, you will be responsible for the installation, Diagnosing/repair, and maintenance of water well pumping systems. This position requires extensive knowledge of pump systems, troubleshooting, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, install and maintain water well pump systems, including submersible pumps and jet pumps Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical components, plumbing, and pump mechanics Perform Routine inspections and preventive maintenance on well systems Operate and maintain tools, equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clear communication with clients about repairs, recommendations, and maintenance needs Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Collaborate with team members and provide mentorship to less experienced technicians as needed
