The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of concrete installation processes. As a Boom Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment used for concrete paving and finishing projects. Duties Operate boom trucks and other heavy equipment to transport materials to job sites. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and maintenance. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating commercial vehicles on-site. Skills Proficient in heavy equipment operation, particularly boom trucks, loaders, and concrete mixers. Ability to dig, install, and manage concrete structures effectively. Strong understanding of safety practices related to heavy machinery operation. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed.
