un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Concrete Boom Pump Operator (Haines City, FL) LQ Construction Inc. 6055 S Orange Blossom Trail compensation: $24.00 / Hr employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Concrete Boom Pump Operator We are looking for an experienced Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience operating a concrete boom pump and a solid understanding of heavy equipment operation. This role also requires the ability to work effectively with other construction professionals. Duties
- Operate a concrete boom pump, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and crew members to determine concrete delivery requirements.
- Complying with all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Execute concrete pouring as directed.
- Conduct routine maintenance on pumping equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Utilize loaders and dump trucks for transporting materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on job sites.
- Collaborate with team members in concrete forming and finishing processes. Requirements
- Proven experience in concrete pumping or related heavy equipment operation.
- 3 Years of experience with CDL Class B License.
- 1 Year of experience with handling Concrete Boom Pump or similar Heavy Commerical Vehicles.
- While experience in operating a boom pump is preferrable. It is not necessary as we offer training to any individual who is willing to learn about a new & skillful trade!
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
- Ability to operate loaders and dump trucks safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
