Salary:

$25 – $40 per hour A bit about us: We are seeking anexperienced, hands-on Pump Service Technician to help establish andgrow our Houston operation. This is a key leadership role forsomeone who thrives in the field and the shop, takes pride in doingthe job right, and is ready to grow into a management position overtime. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of centrifugalpump systems, a strong mechanical skill set, and the ability tooversee jobs from start to finish, including quoting, budgeting,and leading a growing team of technicians. Plan Job Details Key Responsibilities:

Lead hands-on repair,maintenance, disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of centrifugalpumps and related rotating equipment Serve as the technical expertand go-to lead for all field and shop pump service work at theDallas location Prepare detailed job quotes, estimate labor andmaterials, and manage job costs within budget Work closely withcompany leadership to build and develop the Dallas team Train andmentor junior technicians; eventually oversee a crew of 4-6employees Maintain high safety, quality, and customer servicestandards Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, andinternal teams

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with centrifugalpump service, repair, and troubleshooting Strong mechanical andmachining knowledge; able to read technical drawings and useprecision measuring tools Plumbing and Electrical TroubleshootingProven ability to quote jobs, estimate materials/labor, and managejob budgets Prior leadership experience or readiness to grow into asupervisory role Comfortable working in both field and shopenvironments Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to qualitywork Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus
