We a trusted sub-contractor in the maintenance and operation of public aquatic facilities focusing on HOA communities. We serve one of the largest pool management across the region across the region, ensuring pools are safe, clean, and fully functional. Job Summary:
We are hiring a full-time Pool Service Technician to work across multiple job sites. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has mechanical aptitude, and values maintaining high safety standards at public swimming facilities. No experience is necessary—we provide paid on-the-job training for the right candidates. Typical hours are 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, five days a week, with alternating weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to various job sites to test and balance pool water chemistry Clean pool surfaces, backwash filters, and service mechanical systems Inspect and minor repair of pool equipment including and but not limited to pumps and filtration units. Maintain accurate health department written log daily on-site. Utilize a pool service app for visit documentation. Communicate with team members regarding pool conditions and maintenance needs
Requirements:
No prior experience required—we will train you Prior pool service experience or mechanical knowledge is a plus Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus, but not required Valid driver’s license and use of your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement available) Comfortable using a pool service app to log work and updates Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and time management skills
