As a senior pump operator, CMP requires you to operate with the highest integrity and putting the company’s core values first. You are expected to be punctual and presentable while working with CMP customers on a daily basis. You can adapt to situations that occur in the field and be flexible working with customers and fellow operators. Job Description Ability to drive and operate a concrete pump truck in a safe and conscientious manner. Perform daily pre-operational inspections for safety and preventive maintenance. Submit job tickets, inspection forms and hours to supervisor daily. Evaluate site conditions and work with contractors to set up in a safe/efficient manner. Keep unit clean and maintained daily. Skills Ability to operator 20m through a 63m pump. Ability to operate concrete pump on Commercial job site to CMP standard. Exhibit basic diagnostic skills of a concrete pump in the field to complete the job at hand if needed. Exhibit Intermediate mechanical skills changing parts on a concrete pump. Requirements Flexible schedule, occasional weekends Class B driver’s license Meet DOT health requirements.
