Job Summary:

Tri Scapes is seeking a skilled Tractor/Bush Hog Operator to join our team. The operator will be responsible for maintaining landscapes, fields, roadsides, and other areas requiring bush hogging and general tractor operation. The ideal candidate should have experience hauling and handling agricultural or commercial mowing equipment and be committed to safety and efficiency in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate tractors, bush hogs to clear and maintain designated areas Perform daily, routine inspections of equipment Haul equipment to designated work-sites Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and equipment damage Identify and report mechanical issues or necessary repairs to supervisors Ability to work in varying weather conditions Assist with additional land maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience operating tractors and bush hogs Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work in outdoor conditions Valid driver’s license High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
