Seeking a Manual Wire Bonder (3rd shift) experienced in wirebonding gold wire or ribbon to various die and substrates, with a current or expired IPC 610 certificate.

Job Responsibilities:
Operate manual wire bond equipment in a clean-room environmentWire-bond gold wire or ribbon to various die and substratesTrain in multiple microelectronics processes involving other assembly activitiesMaintain compliance with Mil Standard 883 requirements through detailed production activities and documentationSet-up and operate manual Gold wire bonders and manual eutectic/epoxy die attach systems per micro-circuit layout drawingsEnsure proper wire formation, bond appearance, and bond strength as per Mil Std 883Ensure proper die attachment, including coverage and die shear strength per Mil Std 883Perform die attach using solder preforms or epoxy on various componentsAdhere to all area ESD protocols
Pay Details:
