Key Responsibilities:

Wire Harness Assembly:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions to assemble wire harnesses.
- Cut, strip, and crimp wires and cables to precise lengths and specifications.
- Install connectors, terminals, and other components on wires and cables.
- Route wires and cables neatly and securely within harnesses, ensuring proper organization and bundling. 2.

Quality Control:
- Perform visual inspections and functional tests to ensure the quality and reliability of wire harnesses.
- Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in materials or workmanship.
- Follow quality control procedures and standards to meet or exceed customer requirements. 3.
