Overview:

As a Wire Harness Production Worker, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling wire harnesses and ensuring they meet quality standards. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment to produce high-quality wire harnesses used in various applications. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Wire Harness Assembly:
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions to assemble wire harnesses.
  • Cut, strip, and crimp wires and cables to precise lengths and specifications.
  • Install connectors, terminals, and other components on wires and cables.
  • Route wires and cables neatly and securely within harnesses, ensuring proper organization and bundling. 2.
  • Quality Control:
  • Perform visual inspections and functional tests to ensure the quality and reliability of wire harnesses.
  • Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in materials or workmanship.
  • Follow quality control procedures and standards to meet or exceed customer requirements. 3.
  • Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.. 4.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work cooperatively with team members and other departments to meet production goals.
  • Assist in training new employees and providing guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Working Conditions:
