The ideal candidate will have experience in working with various materials and tools, demonstrating proficiency in both technical skills and project execution. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Duties Perform coating application and repair as needed on various surfaces. Assist in roofing projects, ensuring proper installation and maintenance. Fabricate components as required for specific projects, ensuring accuracy and quality. Proficient knowledge to perform repairs and maintenance on all roof systems including; TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod Bit, slope Metal roofing products to know how to identify any damage for leak calls. Diagnose and perform Repairs in accordance with manufacturer and job specifications. Document and taking photos of before and after each project. Utilize power tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proficient experience in Commercial roofing, Metal Slope, EPDM and PVC. Strong skills in fabricating materials and components for construction projects. Proficiency with power tools and equipment commonly used in construction settings. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Experience:
