The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and a strong work ethic. This role involves working on construction sites, assisting with remodeling projects, and performing a variety of labor-intensive tasks. The Laborer will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely while adhering to all safety regulations. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites. Perform tasks related to remodeling, including demolition and installation. Lay tile and assist with plumbing tasks as needed. Apply stucco and other surface finishes under supervision. Utilize hand tools effectively for various building tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements. Install drywall and perform repairs as necessary. Operate welding equipment for specific projects when required. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met. Experience Previous experience on a construction site is preferred. Familiarity with remodeling processes and techniques is advantageous. Skills in tile laying, plumbing, stucco application, and drywall installation are highly valued. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions is essential. Experience with welding is a plus but not mandatory.
