Scope of Work:
Ability to be able to read plans proficiently, layout structures and masonry wall lines as wells as coordinating with relevant shop drawings documents. Layout Embeds , door openings as well as setting HM door frames. Layout all formwork including Foundations, Edgeforms, Vertical, Embeds, Block-Outs, Anchor Bolts, Columns, Walls, Slabs, Beams, CMU Filled cells, and other items required by Contract. Able to troubleshoot and identify layout issues as well as submit formal RFI’s as needed. Experience with layout and Field software such as PlanGrid, Procore and Autocad, and other misc. Able to work independently on multiple projects. Ability to work during inclement weather, could be exposed to extreme heat, noise and dust from construction operations depending upon project site. Able to communicate efficiently and document issues and daily activities. Follow required safety processes and procedures. Transportation a must.
