Our team specializes in laminate and solid surface Corian installations, offering tailored solutions to meet our clients’ unique design needs. As a growing team, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Countertop Installation Helper to join us and support our skilled craftsmen.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead installers in the setup and installation of laminate and/or solid surface Corian countertops. Prepare work areas by ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available. Safely transport and handle materials to prevent damage during the installation process. Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure precise installation. Clean and maintain workspaces during and after installations, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to. Support the team in measuring, cutting, and finishing countertops as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate smooth project completions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or countertop installation is preferred but not required; we offer training for motivated candidates. Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints and diagrams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Excellent physical condition and able to lift heavy materials when needed. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-player mentality. Valid driver’s license. Clean background is required since we will undergo a background check as we are a vendor for major large box stores.

Hourly Wage:

$15.00 to $17.00 (commensurate with experience).

Paid time off and holidays:

9 paid holidays after 90 days of employment.
