With over 39 years of industry expertise, Certified Roofing Specialists is a full-service company providing roof replacement, repairs, maintenance, and complete building envelope solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients throughout Florida. Responsibilities
- Locate and repair roof leaks across all major roofing systems.
- Conduct roof inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and execute repair work from start to finish.
- Accurately assess damage, prepare scopes of work, and provide labor/material estimates when necessary.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company with professionalism.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with office staff and team members.
- Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of roofing experience.
- Skilled in TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up, Metal, Tile, and Shingle roofing systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Ability to successfully pass a “Background Check” for working on Federal and State facilities.
- Able to lift 75+ lbs. consistently and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality work. What We Offer
