Roofer/Laborer First Coast Roofing Company Jacksonville, FL 32256 Job Summary We are building our in house labor crew and looking for individuals with a hard work ethic, willing to learn, and a “do whatever it takes” mentality. Duties Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal. No experience is required, we can teach you the trade of roofing. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for roofing tasks. Restore existing roofs by repairing leaks, replacing damaged materials, and ensuring structural integrity. Engage in heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment on-site. Skills Experience with hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks. Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or climbing. Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
