We offer

hourly rates! This candidate must be a motivated self-starter that will take initiative to complete tasks and is very detail oriented. The purpose of this position is to assess, identify, and repair roof leaks on all types of roofing systems from inception to conclusion to ensure objectives are met within boundaries of company policy, company standards, and contract specifications. We will provide on the job training for you to learn new skills! Minimum 1-year experience in 4 or more of the following:

• Shingles
• Tile
• Metal Roofing
• Torch down

• TPO/EPDM

• Siding/Soffit/Gutters
• Light Carpentry
• Built up/Hot tar
• Sheet metal and flashing This position requires good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Requires ability to drive your service team in a company provided vehicle to and from the jobsite(s) daily.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work :

• This is a full-time position and would need to work overtime and weekends when required.

Work Environment :

• This position is primarily performed in outside weather conditions including extreme heat.

Physical demands are required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

Travel :

• Travel is primarily local during the business day, however some out of the area and overnight travel may be required.

Mandatory Requirement:

Valid State Issued Driver’s License and clean driving record to operate company vehicles.

Preferred Requirements but not mandatory:

Bilingual (Spanish) and a construction knowledge background. All applicants must be eligible to work in the US, minimum of 18 years old and pass pre-employment drug screen. All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
