Professional Development and Growth Your Role:

As a Grader , you will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, and grading construction, commercial, and residential job sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring each site is prepared accurately and efficiently according to client specifications. Perform grading work based on site plans and blueprints Prepare lots for construction, including stucco grades, sidewalk and driveway cuts, backfills, and final grades Record and report any excess material to be removed from the site Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on-site Safely operate grading machinery and maneuver equipment in tight or restricted spaces Work closely with team members to maintain workflow and adhere to safety standards Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in grading commercial and residential construction sites Ability to read and interpret site plans and blueprints Strong attention to detail and accuracy in grading Familiarity with lot prep, stucco grading, backfills, final grades, and cut work for sidewalks and driveways Experience operating grading machinery with precision in tight areas Understanding of safety regulations on construction sites Physical stamina to operate equipment and perform labor in various site conditions Team-oriented with good communication skills CDL A is a plus but not required #CoastalWasteCareers
