You will represent our AHT in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Installing a wide variety of items (Windows) to different addresses and through different routes Maintenance & Repairing windows(residential/commercial) Follow routes and time schedule Install new impact windows and impact doors on exterior openings (residential/commercial). Experience with hand power tools, construction background. Work on scaffolding, booms and ladders and Bosun’s Chairs. Experience with general construction equipment set up a plus. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Responsible for setup on jobsite, loading and unloading of materials to truck. Maintain work truck organization & all paperwork. Responsible for the homeowner’s personal property and communicating with the home owner while on job site in a professional manner. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate all of our products Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints Inform customers about new products and services Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Skills Proven working experience on Installing Windows is a plus Able to work in high outside homes and buildings Valid driver’s license Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record High school degree
