• Assist experienced foremen in all tasks assigned
• Able to complete tasks and supervise small crew with minimum supervision.
• Experienced in different types of Lightweight Insulated Concrete roofing systems i.e. Concrete Placer, Tapered flat roof, EPS Insulation, TPO, EPDM, Torching, Modified, etc.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Able to follow safety requirements as per local, State and Federal policies.
• Responsible to follow applicable safety protocols
• Successful completion of training in all material-handling equipment as needed
• Successful completion of training in all aerial manlifts/scissor lifts as requested
• Successful completion of all applicable safety requirements as instructed

• High School Diploma Graduate or higher preferred, but not required.
• 2-4 years’ experience with flat roof and metal roof work
• Ability to instruct Roofer I & II Level
• Knowledge and adherence of OSHA safety requirements
• Must be able to work in heights
• Must be authorized to work in the United State
• Able to complete and pass a drug screen
• Team Player
• 3-5 years’ experience with flat and metal roof work
• Knowledge of manufacturers’ guidelines for roof system
• Maintain job performance and efficiency without foreman
• Coordinate and schedule installation requirements in the absence of Foreman
• Self-motivated and task oriented with future planning and scheduling of job
• Monitor and maintain job site safety requirements without

• Compensation is based on experience and qualifications
