Full tearoff of underlayment, flashings and existing shingles, replace plywood decking as needed (pull permit if needed); Install new underlayment, watershield, flashing, and shingles to manufacturer’s best practices; Jobsite cleanup – responsible for disposal of disgarded material; Dump trailer preferred
