Technician Job Summary:

1 year of residential pressure washing experience preferred. Roofing experience preferred or must be comfortable on steep pitch roofs. Ideally a roofer looking to do something a little different. The Pressure Washer Technician is responsible for the operation and occasional maintenance of pressure washers and Soft Wash systems for the purpose of exterior residential cleaning. The ideal candidate will have experience with the use of a pressure washer and a willingness to learn our Soft Wash system and techniques. Experience on roofs is required with roof cleaning experiece preferred. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, time management skills, customer service skills, and a professional attitude. Candidate must be willing to work with bleach and other harsh cleaning chemicals. Shifts will vary from 4-8hrs and 2-3 days per week, sometimes more during peak season. This will start as a part time, 1099 position, that will hopefully evolve into a full-time crew management role. You MUST have an LLC and workers comp exemption to come on the jobsite.

Essential Duties:

Display punctuality, neat appearance, and professional attitude at all times. Provide exterior cleaning services to a wide range of clients. Follow all safety regulations and procedures. Work with a team to troubleshoot problems and resolve them in a timely manner. Be able to sometimes work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when needed. Ability to follow all safety procedures. Ability to follow directions from supervisors and coworkers. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED A valid driver’s license is required. 1 years of residential pressure washing strongly preferred. Experience on roofs required. Must own and insure a reliable work vehicle. Must obtain LLC and workers comp exemption. (We will help with this process)
