The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on the roof and driving the crew to the job site while ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations. Duties Work with a team to tear off a roof and install a new roof on commercial properties following all guidelines and safety precautions. Assist in the repairs and restoration of commercial roofs. Perform all roofing system repairs. Tile, Metal, Shingle, TPO, PVC Safely operate company vehicles to transport the crew, materials, tools, and equipment to designated locations. Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and organized job site to promote safety and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on the road and at job sites.

Position Requirements:

Must be able to climb a ladder 40′ No fear of heights Valid driver’s license Must be able to travel for out-of-town work Ability to lift heavy materials and work in extreme weather conditions. Lift and carry objects of various weights up to 100 lbs. Repetitive climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead Repetitive use of hands and wrists using power, rotational and vibration tools Climb ladders and stairs multiple times a day Use of wheelbarrows and brooms Experience Previous experience in construction preferred Experience driving with utility trailers preferred Skills Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. A valid driver’s license
