Qualifications
- 2 Years’ Experience in Both Fields

- High school or equivalent (Preferred) Job Description
- Layout and install pavement markings on parking lots, warehouses, and roadways according to specifications and other various requirements.
- Calculate field measurements using engineered plans and/or google earth images.
- Track and record quantities of pavement markings on each project.
- Perform basic equipment cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
- Operate various equipment to install pavement markings.
- Load and unload trucks daily.
- Drive company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job site.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned. Install signage, wheel stops, RPM’s, crack fill, and ADA Mats.
- Safely apply the seal coat material with the use of spray wands, brooms, and squeegee
- Cleaning and prepping sites prior to work to be performed.
- Oversee the execution of work, to ensure that laborers are scheduled and complete the job within contract/job confines.
- Ensure quality on all jobs
- Rectify any deficiencies at a job.
- Help to manage customer and public expectations and provide a high level of customer service
- Plan and hold weekly safety meetings with your crew
- MUST be flexible with scheduling. We strive to provide a work/life balance but in an effort to meet the needs of our clients, some weekends are required.
- Must be willing to be flexible to perform other activities when sealcoating and striping is not available – such as asphalt patching, paving, and grade work
- Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
