The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of roof installation, repair, and maintenance, ensuring safety and quality standards are met in every job. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist roofers with installation, repair, and replacement of roofing systems. Operate power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met. Help with heavy lifting and moving materials as needed on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. Perform other general labor tasks as required. Requirements Previous roofing or construction experience preferred. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of tools and safety equipment. Strong work ethic and reliability. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
