Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Superintendent to join our team! The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of all types of roofing systems and repairs, with a proven ability to lead and manage crews on multiple job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all phases of roofing projects, including new installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality control
- Manage schedules, materials, and site activities
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors
- Inspect roofs to assess damage and determine best repair solutions Requirements
- Extensive experience with all types of roofing (shingle, tile, metal, flat, single-ply, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of roofing repair techniques
- Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
