We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fence Foreman with Civil Construction knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of fencing and other Civil Repairs, ensuring that each project meets quality standards and meets customer satisfaction. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Traveling is required with this job. Per-diem is paid for the night spent out of town.

Key Responsibilities:

Fence Installation:

Install a variety of fence types (e.g., wood, vinyl, chain link, metal) accurately and efficiently according to project specifications and building codes.

Quality Control:

Ensure all work meets company and industry quality standards, adjusting or corrections as needed.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site to maintain a safe working environment for the team.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and address issues as they arise during installation, using sound judgment to find solutions quickly. Proficiently Operate Equipment (Skid steer, Mini excavator, Roller and Chipper) Ability to get a rough grade and spread rock with Skid steer Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial Trim trees from Lift ( Will not be required to climb trees)

Qualifications:

Proven experience in fence installation, with a strong understanding of techniques and tools. Strong communication skills Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Experience with Equipment ( Skid steer and Mini Excavator ) Ability to pull a trailer loaded with product or equipment Skills Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, and drills. Experience with power tools including augers, nail guns, and concrete mixers. Experience with Skid steers and Min Excavators. Strong skills in frame carpentry to construct durable fence structures. Ability to assemble various fencing components with precision. Knowledge of masonry techniques for effective installation of fence posts. Competence in concrete finishing to ensure stability of installations. Familiarity with hardscape elements that may complement fencing projects. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical requirements include wearing safety gear, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, digging, driving vehicle for long distances, lifting of heavy tools and materials.
