The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a busy and fast-paced construction environment with skills in multiple areas and strength in fence installation and repairs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks such as mowing, landsacping, masonry, fencing, site clearing etc. We are looking for an individual who is physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions, as well as someone who is reliable and willing to take direction from supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to use construction equipment, tools, and materials properly and safely.
• Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, bush hogs, loaders, and other tools as directed by management, properly and safely.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Responsible for attending all safety training, understanding of all safety measures and ask questions about any aspect not understood. Must conduct all activities in a safe manner so as not to endanger self and other employees. Report unsafe job conditions, complying with all safety training and directives.
• Must follow all company safety protocols.
• Occasional travel out of town to work on remote job sites.
• Work overtime when required.
• Must be team oriented, results driven with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
• Possess problem solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Fence Installation and Repair experience required.
• 4 years construction experience preferred.
• Valid Driver License required. CDL License preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
• English required. Bilingual preferred. Benefits available after 90 days:
