Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain various residential and commercial roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal, TPO, etc.) Work with the team to complete jobs efficiently and safely Follow job site safety and installation standards Ensure tools, materials, and job sites are organized and clean Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Handle job site documentation when needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of roofing experience (preferred) Knowledge of asphalt shingles, metal, tile, or low-slope systems Ability to lift heavy materials and set up ladders (up to 32 ft) Comfortable working on roofs with various pitches Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver’s license preferred Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
