This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and collaboration with other team members. As a Laborer, you will be crucial in repairing residential and commercial roofs and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Responsibilities Assist in the repairs and restoration of residential and commercial roofs. Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate execution of projects. Perform all roofing system repairs. Tile, Metal, Shingle, TPO Maintain a clean and organized job site to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks. Experience Previous experience in a labor-intensive roofing role is needed. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
