Remodeling Crew Member Yoder Handywork Sarasota, FL 34232 Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Crew Members to join our dynamic team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, contributing to tasks that ensure the successful completion of each job. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in multiple areas of construction and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry. Responsibilities Assist in restoring and renovating structures by performing various tasks including flooring, trim, painting, cabinetry, fencing, etc. Participate in glass installation and door hanging projects, ensuring quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively while meeting deadlines. Requirements Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Owning your own construction tools is preferred but not required; pay is negotiable depending on candidate experience, skills, tools, and truck. Familiarity with restoration techniques, caulking, glass installation, door hanging, construction painting, and flooring installation is advantageous. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks on construction sites. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with crew members.
