Crew:
Be on site at the start of each job to make sure all the necessary materials are delivered and the crew is there on time with the proper safety requirements. Ensure the crew are scheduled for the upcoming jobs. Print and deliver permit packets. Keep the crew on schedule to complete the job in a timely manner. Monitor the job to make sure it is being done correctly to pass inspections and meet code requirements. Greet the homeowners/customer at the start of the job if needed. Check the customers roof to wall connection for hurricane strapping if needed Get on the roof to assess inspection points, take photos. Make sure everything is being done to code. Schedule progress and final inspections (some are done virtually by submitting photos) Pick up additional materials from the supplier when needed. When the job is complete, ensure that the site is left clean.
