Waterproofing Technician CoatRite, LLC Sarasota, FL 34231 CoatRite is looking for a reliable, hard-working Waterproofing Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in applying a variety of waterproofing systems to building exteriors.
Job Responsibilities:
Apply waterproofing products to building exteriors (sealants, membranes, coatings, etc.) Operate power tools and other job-specific equipment safely Lift and carry heavy materials as needed Work at heights using scaffolding or ladders Follow job site safety protocols and project timelines
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required) Must be physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working outdoors Experience in construction, waterproofing, or a related trade preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a good work ethic are a must
Details:
Full-time position Projects are located throughout the Sarasota area and are within daily driving distance Pay based on experience
