Millwork Installer LSR Custom Cabinets, Inc. Longwood, FL 32750 Custom millwork company is seeking full time skilled millworkers installers. Looking for an honest, friendly hardworking craftsmen that can work with others and takes pride in their workmanship need self motivated individuals capable of conducting themselves professionally and efficiently in a construction environment service high end projects in the central florida area. Min. 3 years of experience required. References required. Responsibilities /

Duties:

• Install all aspects of commercial and residential millwork
• On-site Customer Support and troubleshooting Knowledge / Skills /

Abilities:

• Experience in woodworking, construction, or related field preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)
• Ability to take accurate measurements
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Work well in a team-oriented environment
• High attention to detail; problem solving skills

Physical Demands:

• Majority of work is performed in an active construction environment, with sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling
• Occasional activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing
• Frequent lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted
• Frequent lifting from 41 lbs +, assisted
• Access and mobility in tight spaces

Education, Experience & Miscellaneous Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in cabinet design, installation and/or construction processes preferred
• Valid State of Florida Class “E” License
• Completion of pre-employment drug testing
