un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Mobile home roof leak (696 Coral Circle, Anastasia Island) 696 Coral Circle near A1 compensation: To be discussed Roof leak unreported by tenants. Has progressed to a small section sinking in. Would like someone to clean the area & install peel & stick to protect from further deterioration until I find a roofer. You will be in contact with the out of state owner while performing the job. Tarping the area & securing with sand bags is also an option. You must have a phone with text & picture capabilities & a ladder. If you are experienced in repairing this type of problem rather than temp fix then you know it’s an easy job either way & I’d like to hear from you. Other work will be available down the road upon my personal full inspection of the trailer. I am too old to do the work. Hearing impaired, text or email only.
