Painting, Lamination, Fiberglass Marine Custom Solutions, Inc. New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169 Overview We are seeking two detail-oriented professionals to join our team for our current project. This position is for temporary employment (between 2-4 weeks). The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting, renovation, and restoration. This role involves working on a construction site, utilizing hand tools, and collaborating with a team to complete the project. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for laminating by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer. Apply resin and fiberglass using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Apply resin and fiberglass to meets client specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Must be able to physically transport materials/loads, must be able to lift 50-70 pounds as necessary. Experience Experience in fiberglass application or laminating work. Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment commonly found in lamination work. Basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating paint quantities accurately. Experience with maintenance person tasks is a plus, as it may involve additional responsibilities beyond laminating, such as transferring materials to varoious project sites in a work zone.
