Superintendent Northside Building Services 322 Northpoint Pkwy SE, Acworth, GA 30102 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent. Responsibilities Well versed in reading/understanding blue prints/drawings/details/roof plans. Daily inspections of workmanship of the crews. Send office reports with photos/detailed descriptions. Attend pre-job and weekly job site meetings. After job site meetings email NBS staff a detailed summary of the meeting. Enforce safety program with crews and job sites. Coordinate job site material, lull, lift, crane deliveries. Measure/core roofs if needed. Perform emergency leak repairs if needed. Meet manufacturers/customers inspectors to conduct roof inspections. Requirements Valid drivers license without violations Must be able to pass a criminal and driver background check. Drug/Alcohol free. (Random drug/alcohol testing)
