Roof Technician Whitco Roofing INC Atlanta, GA 30324 GENERAL
DESCRIPTION
Whitco is seeking Roof Technicians to join our Atlanta or Florida offices. Candidates must have a great attitude, be self-motivated, detail oriented and a team player. It is important that candidates are proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic, rapid-development environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Responsible for the procurement and accountability of materials and equipment required for all work orders from approved vendors. Understand workflow and job processes within the company. Must be trustworthy and able to work for periods unsupervised. Must demonstrate teamwork and willingness to get along with others. Must show a desire to learn, and be a self-starter.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION SKILLS
Organizational, Analytical, Problem Solving and People Skills Commercial and Industrial roofing experience.
Experience with:
Single-Ply, Modified, BUR, Metal, Shingles, Tile, and Coatings. Able to lift and climb up & down ladders. Ability to travel as needed. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Valid driver’s license.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years relative experience in the commercial roofing industry Spanish a plus
