Siding Crew/Installer Window Comfort Roswell, GA Job Overview Window Comfort is looking for a skilled and dependable Vinyl Siding Installer or Crew to join our growing production team. Responsibilities Install vinyl and composite siding and other exterior cladding materials with precision and efficiency Prepare job sites and apply necessary base layers (e.g., house wrap, flashing) for siding installation Measure, cut, and fit siding around windows, doors, and roof lines using hand and power tools Ensure waterproofing and sealing with caulking and proper joint work Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the installation process Follow specific installation techniques and quality standards set by Window Comfort Communicate clearly with crew leaders, project managers, and customers when needed Load/unload materials and transport tools as needed for each job Assist in training new crew members if applicable Requirements 3-5 years minimum experience installing vinyl siding (residential exterior) Strong understanding of building codes, tools, and best practices Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings Comfortable lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, standing, kneeling, or reaching throughout the workday Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be eligible to work in the United States Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and a desire to grow within a thriving company Join our team today and contribute your skills to exciting construction projects while growing your career in the industry!
